Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your account. And VPN Unlimited is an ultimate solution for all digital concerns. Use both of them and defend against any security threats!
If you wonder how to add an extra layer of security to your KeepSolid ID, check out our detailed guide.
Note: When you enable this feature, you will be automatically logged out of your account on all your devices. When logging in, you’ll also need to provide a code instead of only entering your password.
1. Sign in to your account in your KeepSolid User Office.
2. Navigate to My Account.
3. In a new window, click Two-Factor Authentication.
4. Now you can enable 2FA via authenticator app or code by email, or via both these types.
To use an Authenticator App as your second factor of authentication, you need to install it on your mobile device and link to your KeepSolid ID.

4.1.9. If you've run out of your back-up codes or have lost them, you can always regenerate new ones in the Two-Factor Authentication window in your KeepSolid User Office.
Note: Generating new backup codes, you automatically deactivate the codes you downloaded before. If you lose your backup codes, you might be permanently locked out of your account.
4.2.1. In the Two-Factor Authentication window, enable the Code by Email option.
4.2.2. In the new pop-up window, enter the Authentication Code that we’ve sent to your email > click Verify.
